Mention your order number and the reason for the returned requested item.
Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, and label & tags.
We will process your refund within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned product.

Please be aware that the following products are not returnable:
Products that have been opened or used
Products that are damaged or defective
Products that are not in their original package

Shipping costs for returns will not be paid by the company.
We will not refund shipping costs for items that are returned due to buyer's remorse.
Refunds will be given in the manner of payment used initially.
